To avoid any confusion, characters that will be admitted onto the MBP masterlist have to be at least 13 years old. The categories are:

- musicians (if you are in a band, please also mention the band name)
- actors
- other performing artists
- models
- athletes (please specify which sport you play and what team you are on)
- relatives of famous people
- agents, managers, other industry people
- royalties
- socialites (this includes friends of celebrities, people who party with the stars, and kids with high profile myspace pages)

Please comment while logged into your RP-journal.
While a friend may register for you, we suggest you do NOT comment while logged into your personal journal. MBP is high in anonymity and we would like to keep it that way. It's much safer.


Empty and dead journals CANNOT be registered.
LJ now adds a 'welcome message' with the creation of all new journals. In order to be added to the masterlist, you must have at least ONE PUBLIC ENTRY that is LESS THAN SIX WEEKS OLD. It cannot be the LJ Welcome message or an edited version of it. If you want to be added as the official impersonation, you need an update that tells us IN YOUR FULL USERINFO when you LAST UPDATED.

So no matter if you were here before or if you are brand new: BEFORE you register, make sure to post in your journal.


If you get rejected
You will be told to fix whatever is missing and RE-REGISTER.
DO NOT COMMENT BACK TO TELL THE CREW MEMBER THAT YOU FIXED THE PROBLEM! A comment like that will be ignored, and you will NOT be added to the masterlist.
You have to fix the problem and RE-REGISTER WITH A NEW THREAD.


Picking your replacement
You have to comment to this entry with the celebrity's name and the username of the new impersonation while logged into your journal. This means that if a possible new impersonation comments with a link or a screen capture and the like, that is NOT a valid registration. You need to get the current official journal to comment.

When someone is choosing your replacement, you can do so until your journal hits six weeks. NOT six weeks after you tell us, NOR six weeks after your last update before you tell us, or anything like it. If someone is role-hogging while picking replacement, then a possible new impersonation can always ask us for a poll to become official.

Example: britney-spears: "I am giving the role of Britney Spears to britney-jspears"
Comments from the new impersonation or anyone else will not be processed.

Closing your journal
It is not mandatory to comment here. But if you do, please mention the celebrity's name and say it in clear terms, while logged into your journal.
Example: britney-spears: "I am Britney Spears and I want to close this journal."

However, if you do not choose to comment here, please make it clear in a public post in your journal or userinfo that you are closing. If you do not comment here to announce that you wish to choose your successor as stated above, the role will be given to the next person to register who sees that you are closed.

Finally:
It would be great if you could put your celebrity name somewhere into your userinfo. Especially for lesser-known celebrities it's kind of hard to know who you are, otherwise.
